Tribe Scrum Master (Contract)

Location: Brussels Country: Belgium Rate: 500EUR - 550EUR per day

We are looking for someone with a delivery management and IT background (preferably some experience in the distributed world), planning skills, communication skills to get all contributors on the same line, coaching skills on the can-do attitude, ability to find the right balance between follow-up of delivery and link with the underlying squads (no micro-management of squads), dependency management, ability to coordinate cross-squad/-cluster/-tribe activities.

You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 60% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives and coordinates the delivery of Initiatives and Opuses
  • Organises ceremonies at Cluster or Tribe level.
  • Brings together relevant stakeholders
  • Resolves Cluster/Tribe-level impediments
  • Perform reporting towards relevant stakeholders on Initiative and Opus delivery progress
